How do I change my email account password?
Go to http://www.citynet.net/accountmanagerlogin.cfm

1. Enter your account number and password.
2. Choose the Email/Dialup link.
3. Choose the email account for which you want to update the password and click the email address.
4. Enter your new password in the field provided.
5. Click the Update Button

That's it. Please note that It may take up to 1 hour for the servers to receive the update. If, after that amount of time, your request has not occurred, please contact our call center at 800-881-2638 and a customer service representative will be glad to help you.
